How long have you been in racing?
Since June 2006

How did you get started in racing?
I started working at MoTeC as a Technical Support Engineer. As an engineer at MoTeC, I traveled with teams to tests and races in five different racing series assisting them in collecting and analyzing data.

What are your duties at the shop?
As a team engineer I help set-up the primary and back-up race cars for each race weekend. I also spend a lot of time analyzing data from the 7-post, K-rig, pull-down rig and wind tunnel to see where we can make our program stronger.

What are your duties at the track?
I collect and analyze data on the car, calculate fuel mileage during practice and the race and work closely with the crew chief to make changes on the car.

Your favorite NASCAR track and why?
Richmond International Raceway because I am from Richmond and it’s nice to go home and be close to family and friends.

How do you spend your free time?
I enjoy riding my four-wheeler, snowboarding, going to concerts, working out and working on my house.

Favorite non-motorsports activity
Snowboarding

Who is your favorite driver you have worked with and why?
Boris Said. He has immense talent and is also very personable and funny.

Favorite (non-motorsports) team?
Virginia Tech Hokies “Never Forget 4/16/07”

Name 3 bands/artists/songs we would find in your I-Tunes:
Jake Owen, Luke Bryan and Chris Cagle

What is your proudest racing moment?
Our performance at Montreal with Boris Said. As a team we brought home our best start of the 2009 season (4th) and ran in the top-5 most of the day until a late race incident took the No. 09 out of contention.

What is your proudest non-racing moment?
Owning my own house.

What is the one thing people would be surprised to know about you?
I still have my first car, which is a 74’ Dodge Charger and it also happens to be my dad’s first car as well.
